Except for Peak Holiday Season, orders generally ship AFTER a processing time of 1-2 business days unless delayed delivery date is specified. The Shipping time indicated at checkout is the time frame for SHIPPING ONLY and does not include the processing time for us to hand procure and hand write notes and package for the shipping carrier.
During the Holiday peak, both processing and shipping and delivery times can vary. As of 2020, some shipping providers have been experiencing intermittent delays past their usual timeframes estimated and neither they, nor we, can guarantee shipping transit times. Our preferred shipping partner is UPS as we believe them to be the most reliable. Items going to a local Nashville address can be delivered locally which is the most reliable option.
